Data processing

Official rules for the Adnexapro website and advertiser workspace. Effective 28 October 2026.

Effective 28 October 2026. This page describes processing roles when a business uses Adnexapro. It should be read with the privacy policy.

Roles

For your own staff account data (email, name, billing), Adnexapro is typically a controller. For campaign content you upload (ads, destination URLs, targeting instructions), we process that content to provide the service on your instructions: host it, review it, deliver it, and report on it.

Instructions

Your instructions are the actions you take in the workspace: create ads, set targeting, add funds, pause campaigns. We will not use campaign content to advertise our own unrelated products. We may use aggregated, non-identifying operational metrics to keep the platform reliable.

Security

Access to advertiser data is limited to systems and people who operate or support the service. Payments use PCI-scoped processors. See security.

Sub-processors

Hosting, email, logging, fonts on the public site, Stripe, and Razorpay may process data as needed. We require processors to use data only to provide their service to us.

International transfers

Data may be processed in countries where our hosting or processors operate. Where a transfer law applies, we use appropriate safeguards offered by those processors.

Assistance

If you receive a data-subject request that requires our help, email [email protected]. We will not delete payment records that tax or dispute rules require us to keep.
